Sales & Business Development
Help EBS win new contracts and grow relationships with property managers, building owners, and facility teams across Toronto and the GTA. If you can open doors, we want to meet you.
B2B sales experience (property/facilities a plus)
Strong prospecting & relationship skills
Ability to quote and close service contracts
Self-starter comfortable working independently
Ideal background: Commercial cleaning, facilities management, building services, or any service-based B2B sales role.
Project Management
Keep jobs running on time, on budget, and to EBS's quality standards. PMs at EBS coordinate crews, liaise with clients, and ensure every project delivers — safely and professionally.
Scheduling, crew coordination & client comms
Site visits, safety compliance & quality checks
Budget tracking and reporting
Experience in construction, trades, or FM preferred
Ideal background: Construction management, trades supervision, facilities operations, or service industry project coordination.
